User Responsibilities

Prescription Requirements
For prescription medicines, a valid prescription from a registered medical practitioner is mandatory. We reserve the right to verify prescriptions with the prescribing doctor. Orders without valid prescriptions may be cancelled or delayed until proper documentation is provided.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice. Payment must be made at the time of order placement unless cash on delivery is selected. All transactions are processed securely through trusted payment gateways.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it is dispatched. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return under our Return & Refund Policy. We reserve the right to cancel orders if prescriptions are invalid, products are out of stock, or for any other legitimate reason.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Mom's Pharmacy and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Mom's Pharmacy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific transaction in question.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
