At Mom's Pharmacy, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of pharmaceutical products and health regulations, returns and refunds are subject to specific conditions outlined in this policy.

Eligible Returns

You may return or request a refund for medicines under the following conditions:

Damaged or Defective Products

Products received in damaged, defective, or tampered condition

Wrong Product Delivered

If you receive a product different from what you ordered

Expired Products

Products that are expired at the time of delivery (with less than 6 months validity)

Incomplete Order

If your order is missing items mentioned in your invoice

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Change of Mind

Products cannot be returned if you simply change your mind after purchase

Opened or Used Products

Products with broken seals or that have been partially consumed

Cold Chain Products

Vaccines, injections, and other temperature-sensitive products

Controlled Substances

Schedule H and other controlled prescription medicines

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Provide order details and reason for return with supporting photos/videos
  3. Our team will verify your claim and approve the return if eligible
  4. Pack the product in its original packaging with all accessories
  5. Our delivery partner will collect the product from your address
  6. Refund will be processed within 7-10 business days after verification

Refund Methods

Refunds will be processed through:

  • Original payment method (for online payments)
  • Store credit or wallet balance
  • Bank transfer (for cash on delivery orders)
